Rebecca Hull

Rebecca Hull is professor of Kinesiology, Chair of the Department of Kinesiology and faculty advisor for Phi Epsilon Kappa honorary.  She teaches in the Physical Education Teacher Education program in the areas of Motor Behavior, Elementary Physical Education Pedagogy, Curriculum/Assessment and Fitness.  Throughout her 30+ of teaching at AU, Dr. Hull has facilitated a Home School “Gym Class” that has served hundreds of families in the Madison County area.  She has been active in the leadership of both the Indiana Association for Health, Physical Education Recreation and Dance (IAHPERD) and the Midwest District AAHPERD, having served as President of each group.  Hull is an avid backpacker and joins a group of friends for an annual Appalachian Trail section hike that has taken her to every state on the trail.

Hull joined the Department of Kinesiology (then Physical Education) in 1979.
