Description of the programWelcome to the Web site of Anderson University School of Nursing. We appreciate your interest in our undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. The undergraduate program leads to a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, allowing the graduate to begin the practice of nursing as well as sit for the NCLEX (licensure) exam. At the graduate level, we offer a dual degree program combining nursing and business, leading to a MSN/MBA degree. |

Mission
Our goal is to be a premier teaching university, with a Christian perspective integrated into its programs and the relationships between students, faculty and staff. At Anderson University, the average student/faculty ratio is 15:1 and in the nursing major the ratio is 11.5/1. These class sizes allow students to have small clinical groups and individualized instruction while in the clinical settings—a necessary component for developing a really good clinical practitioner.
"The Anderson University School of Nursing has an excellent program that encompasses providing students with a solid and integrated foundation of principles that are both academic and spiritual in nature. Not only did I feel prepared to be propelled into the world of nursing as a new graduate, but I had the opportunity to build strong relationships with peers and professors that have allowed me to grow both as an educated person and as a being filled with compassion and love for others."
Amy Rust, 2009 B.S.N. Graduate; R.N. at Community North in Indiana
