Re-activate Form: A re-activate form is used for admitted students that decided not to attend AU at the time. The re-activate form saves an admitted student from having to go through the entire admissions process again.Re-admission Form: A re-admission form is used for students that have matriculated into AU then left, but now want to come back to school. The re-admission form saves matriculated students from having to go through the entire admissions process again.
Athletic Questionaire: Students interested in playing sports at AU can print out this form or complete the Athletic Questionaire Online right now.
