I've been working in the AU Office of Admissions since the summer of 1999. It is a privilege to work with students and families during the college search process. We want to be a resource to students so they can make the best, most informed college decision possible.
You may hear some people say that it doesn't matter where you go to college, as long as you go somewhere. I completely disagree! Your college years will be a significant time of formation - take the search seriously, and look at all of the factors.
Education Background
I graduated from AU in 1999 with a Marketing major and Mass Communication minor. While at AU, I was involved in varsity soccer, Tri-S trips to Dominican Republic and Germany, the Dativus social club, intramural basketball (IM), Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society, and Anderson University Marketing Association.
Personal Bio
Outside of the office, my life is consumed mostly with family and church activities. My beautiful wife Lisa and I have been married since the summer or 2002 and were blessed with the birth of our first child, Reece, on December 11, 2006. We attend New Life Community Church in nearby Noblesville and serve there in a variety of ways. When time allows, I enjoy movies, golf, soccer, and reading.

The College Search
Take time to really think about what you want to get out of your college experience. In addition to preparation for a career, college is preparation for life. Who do you want to become? What kind of friends do you want to be surrounded by? What kind of mentors do you want to shape you? Be sure to spend time discovering which schools will be able to help you accomplish these things. The search takes time - but it's worth it if you end up in the right place!
