Verification Worksheets

Selected for Verification:
If your FAFSA has been selected for Verification (about 30% are) you will be required to provide the AU Office of Student Financial Services with copies of student and parents most recent federal income tax returns and complete a Verification Worksheet.

Verification Worksheets are available online. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the following worksheets in PDF format.
