Anderson University continues to serve our students through a "user-friendly" registration process. You will automatically be enrolled for the entire core program once you start the cohort. To register for additional classes you will need to contact your advisor, Natalie Roof at 765-641-4598 or njroof@anderson.edu.
What if I need to withdraw?
Call Natalie Roof at 765-641-4598. The withdrawal can be taken over the phone. Students who are financial aid recipients will be directed to the Financial Aid Counselor to determine the effect of the withdrawal on financial aid.
What if I miss or am late to class?
If you are running late or will miss class, you need to notify your instructor as soon as possible. The following policies apply to attendance:
Due to the concentrated scheduling and the emphasis upon participatory learning, adult learners need to be in attendance every week. Absenses due to illness or other emergency situations must be made up through activities required by the facilitator in that module or the ADVANCE program director. If more than one class session is missed in a module, the adult learner must repeat the module. No more than a total of 5 weeks can be missed throughout the 69 week program.
What if I move?
Update your personal information, if you are continuing in the program. To withdraw from the program, you must notify the ADVANCE program director, Dr. Doug Gambrall. Withdrawal from the program will jeopardize any financial aid for the rest of that academic year.
How can I re-enter the program?
Notify the ADVANCE program office if you desire to return. If it has been more than two semesters since you have been in the program, you will need to fill out a new application for readmission.
How do I get my grades, and when?
At the end of each course, grades are submitted by the facilitator to the ADVANCE office for processing. Grade letters for ADVANCE courses and Bridge courses are mailed to students approximately 2-4 weeks after completion of the course. You can also access your grades from Access AU.
How can I receive a transcript?
Official transcripts may be requested in writing from the Registrar's office. A transcript fee of $3.00 is payable in advance for each copy. Transcript requests should contain name, address, phone number, social security number, specific dates of attendance and names and addresses where the transcripts are to be sent.
Whom do I call to change any of my personal information?
Call Desi at 765-641-4254 to make any name, address, telephone or employer changes.
