This is a wonderful examination of Harry S. Truman, the little man from Missouri who “shot from the lip” and had a sign on his desk stating “The buck stops here.” He put himself on the line for what he believed in, not for what was necessary to win an election. This is the man that Give ‘em Hell, Harry so compellingly captures on stage, making this evening with our 33rd president like a personal visit. A play by Samuel Gallu.
