Scott Fridley - Head Coach
The 2008 season marks coach Fridley's 8th year at the helm of the Anderson women’s soccer program.
Fridley is a 1990 December graduate of Anderson University with a major in business management and a minor in Christian ministries.
A former AU four-year starter in the net, Fridley still holds many of the university's goalkeeping records.
In 2000, Fridley led the team to a school-best 13-8 record and the school’s first regular season HCAC conference championship. The squad ended the year with a No. 10 ranking in the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region. AU added their second HCAC title in 2004.
Fridley has servedon the NSCAA Great Lakes Ranking Committee for 10 years as well as the NCAA Mens Tournament Selection Committe for 6 years. Andthe Womens NCAA Tournament Selection Committe for 5 years.
Fridley is originally from Milwaukee, Wis. where he played H.S. soccer for Wawwatosa East H.S. and Club for the Milwaukee Kickers. He coached local club travel teams for 20 years. Coach Fridley has led the AU soccer team on 5 European trips from Scotland to Germany as well as 3 service trips to Jamaica and Costa Rica. Fridley resides in Anderson with his wife Wendy and sons Mason, Austin, Aaron and Casey.
