Jennifer Myhre - Head Coach
Jennifer Myhre was named the third Anderson University women’s soccer coach in school history on May 4, 2011. Myhre spent the last two years as the assistant women’s soccer coach at Carnegie Mellon University. She also has assistant coaching experience at Luther College and Northern York High School.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Messiah College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sports and exercise science, concentrating in sport management. Myhre also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Messiah and completed her master’s degree in education from the University of Washington in 2009.
During her four years playing at Messiah, the Falcons captured the NCAA Division III National Championship in 2005, were semifinalists in 2004 and 2006 and tournament finalists in 2007.
Myhre was elected president of the Messiah Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as well as the Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Corporation. She also served as president of the Health and Human Performance Club and organized Messiah's Relay For Life during her college career. Myhre has been active with FCA, as a student-athlete, camp coach and college advisor.
Myhre has obtained the NSCAA National Diploma and has a USSF “C” coaching license. She is a graduate of the NCAA Women's Coaches Academy and NACWAA HERS program.
