During academic sessions the Archives are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 1 - 2:30 p.m. Other times may be available by appointment. When classes are not in session (and during the summer), service is provided on a by appointment basis only.

Normal closings include:

• New Years Day
• Anderson University spring break week (variable, March)
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Anderson University mid-fall holiday (variable, a Friday in October)
• Thanksgiving Day (Thursday and Friday)
• Christmas Day
• days between Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Hours of service and services available may be limited at other times when the Archivist is not available. The Archives has a very small staff. Researchers planning extensive use of archival materials are encouraged to make advance arrangements.
