The Archives serves both on-site and distant researchers. Queries are accepted by telephone, fax, letter, and electronic mail. Reference service is offered to assist users in identifying appropriate materials, but the Archives staff cannot undertake in-depth research. Photocopying services are available on-site. Reproduction of photographs or negatives may be arranged in conjunction with a local studio. Copy requests from distant users are accepted; the user is invoiced for copy costs, staff time, and shipping. Interlibrary loan service may be available from Nicholson Library for books and materials also held there.
