The information for Room Draw (important dates, room draw procedures, room rates and squatters' rights) can be found on RaveNet, under Student Life Forms, during the second semester.

Students are required to live in on-campus housing if they:

  • Have earned fewer than 88 semester hours
  • Are registered as full-time students
  • Are single
  • Will not be 22 years old by the end of semester II of the academic year in question

Seniors and part-time students may live off campus, but Anderson University reserves the right to require any student, regardless of class standing or number of hours enrolled, to live in university housing.

If you have questions or concerns after reading the information, please feel free to speak with any resident director or contact the Housing Office in the Department of Student Life, so we can clarify any portion of the Room Draw process that might be unclear to you.
