Career Documents/Resumes 

The Career Document session introduces students to job search tools needed when applying for internships and jobs in today’s job market.  Students will learn:

• about the types (chronological and targeted) of résumés
• how to create a chronological résumé;
• tips on writing a cover letter;
• how to build and select professional references;
• how to successfully complete a job application;
  

During this session students will create a chronological résumé on a resume builder program, and will have the resume reviewed by a career advisor.
