Submit Application for Admission – You may submit the online application or print the PDF version and send or fax (765-641-4091) it in. By applying online, we are waiving your application fee. Do not send any money.
Submit official school documents – The high school transcript request form is available online. We recognize that in some situations, completing the form and/or getting another copy of school documents may be difficult or impossible. In that case, you may submit certified copies.
Submit Two References – Your references can fill the form online or you can print the PDF file and send or fax (765-641-4091) it in. While there are specific requests for who should fill out the forms, if one of these persons is not available make sure one reference speaks to your character and one to your academic ability.
Submit Essay (Optional) – Write one 200-300 word essay that addresses the following topics. When finished, please e-mail or fax it in.
- What a college education means to you
- How Jesus Christ has affected your life
- What you hope to contribute to others
- What you have been involved in previously to help you meet these goals.
Submit FAFSA form – This Federal form is your application for financial aid.
Phone Interview – After you have completed the above process, you should schedule a time for a phone interview. Feel free to have a family member present at the time of the interview if you wish.
