I have been a Human Resources professional for over 25 years and have learned well the laws and regulations applicable to non-discrimination in employment. However, as a Christian, I am driven in my work by a passionate belief we are all part of the body of Christ. We are called to use the gifts and abilities we have been given and to enable others to do the same. A personal core value is respect: I strive to communicate this through my life, work and relationships. I remain on the journey of discovery—about myself, others and God’s work among us.
