The Boze Lyric Theatre at Anderson University will present the musical revue “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” on October 30 and 31, and November 1 and 2 in Byrum Hall on the Anderson University campus. The musical revue features the songs of Harold Arlen and is complied by David Duncan and Laurel Goetzinger. Highlighted songs include “It’s Only a Paper Moon,” “Stormy Weather,” “Ac-cent-tchu-ate the Positive” and selections from “The Wizard of Oz.”
The show is directed by Laurel Goetzinger, with musical direction by David Duncan and choreography by Doug King. The cast is made up of eighteen music and theatre majors at Anderson University – nine men and nine women who bring to you the songs and dances of Harold Arlen.
General admission tickets are $12, senior and military tickets are $10, and student tickets are $5. The musical review will be showing October 30, 31 and November 1 at 7:30 p.m. and November 2 at 2:30 p.m. Tickets can are through the Byrum Hall box office at (765) 641-4351.
