I am working for Hershey's as a retail sales representative in Fort Wayne, Ind. I make calls to major retailers and ensure headquarter programs are being executed in retail. I also sell in additional programming to drive sales within my territory.

Through my job I am able to interact with many different people, on the retail side and through corporate. Ways I have been able to exhibit "salt and light" to the situation I am currently in is through listening to those around me and being a positive part of their day. We all have the unique ability to impact those around us daily, who might otherwise never set foot into a Christian setting. My career thus far has stemmed from my involvement in experiential learning opportunities I sought after while at the Falls School of Business.

During SIFE Nationals I met a recruiter for Hershey's who helped set up an internship experience for me during college which eventually led to my future employment. I was also heavily involved in AMG and Tri-S, which helped me grow professionally. Personally, I felt more prepared while in the job market than graduates from other universities because of the many skill sets I had acquired. My confidence level is very high and I attribute that to experiential learning.
