Professor Dulaney holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Ball State University, an MBA from Anderson University, and completed his DBA in 2009. Dulaney has a background in technology and publishing and has started businesses in both fields. His research interests are e-business and e-commerce. Professor Dulaney has written several books on computer operating systems and certifications and is a columnist for two online publications.
