The 627 members of Anderson University’s Class of 2010 were encouraged on Saturday to “live your ideals graciously and generously” as they received diplomas at the school’s 92nd Commencement.
Anderson University will offer four camps for high school students over the summer. The Orangehaus Music Business Camp and the Entrepreneurship Camp return this year, while two other camps will be offered for the first time: The JustDance Summer Dance Intensive and the Career Camp sponsored by the Anderson University Career Development Center.
On March 24, the Anderson University Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team traveled to Cleveland, Ohio for the SIFE USA Regional Competition. The team was awarded the Regional Championship and will travel to Minneapolis, Minn. to compete against other SIFE USA Regional Champions from around the country at the SIFE USA National Exposition on May 11.
The Falls School of Business in conjunction with Anderson University is offering its second annual Entrepreneurship Business Camp this summer for high school juniors and seniors. Students and professors from Anderson University will engage high school students with hands-on entrepreneurship projects while giving the attendees the opportunity to win money with their ideas.
Graham Lewis Brown was presented with the Wall Street Journal award for 2010 at the annual Falls School of Business banquet Wednesday, April 14. Brown, a graduate from Norwell High School and a graduating management senior with a 4.0 GPA, has been actively involved in FSB activities over the past four years.
