Cindy Peck, associate professor of accounting at the Falls School of Business, received the 2009 Outstanding Educator of the Year at the Indiana CPA Society awards October 16 at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in Indianapolis.
The Falls School of Business in partnership with the Alumni Association and the AU Career Development Center hosted an AU Alumni career networking opportunity on October 22 at the Anderson University Flagship Enterprise Center.
The highest honor given annually to a business faculty member active in the Christian Business Faculty Association (CBFA) is the Richard C. Chewning Award. The 2009 award recipient of the Richard C. Chewning Award is Dr. Doyle Lucas, DBA Program director and professor of management at the Falls School of Business at Anderson University.
Our SIFE team was awarded $5,000 from the Quality of Life Grant via the Madison County Community Foundation.

It is not often that someone can say they are the best in the world, but for Falls School of Business DBA graduate Larry Sayler, that is the perfect description. Sayler recently completed the Certified Managerial Accounting (CMA) test with the highest score in for the Spring 2009 test cycle, beating out over 4,000 other participants worldwide. With over 65% of test candidates coming from outside the US, Sayler’s accomplishment is truly a global achievement.
