Anderson’s DBA program enriched me in unexpected ways. I started the program as a tenured accounting professor with 12 years of teaching experience. Frustration with writing an article on some tax work I was doing with students was one of several factors prompting me to pursue a doctorate. I found that the benefits of the DBA were far beyond being able to write this article. There are many positive aspects of the program that I could share, but I will limit my comments to three ways the program enriched me:

My participation in the Anderson University DBA program was one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life: personally, professionally, and spiritually.

Personally, I met colleagues and mentors that I am proud to now count among my friends.

Professionally, I grew as an instructor and researcher. The DBA program allowed me to discover a passion for research I never knew was in me. In addition, each visit to the AU campus reinvigorated my passion for teaching.

Laura Falco, DBA grad

The Anderson University DBA program was incredibly rigorous in terms of being academically and spiritually challenging while at the same time being supportive. It was evident that the faculty were committed to helping their students be successful. As much as it was challenging, there were resources necessary to help meet those challenges.
