Position: Functional PeopleSoft Analyst

Responsibilities : Anderson University seek qualified candidates to serve as a Functional PeopleSoft Analyst to support the PeopleSoft Financials Production environment; particularly the processes associated with testing and supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing, as well as, supporting the PeopleSoft Financials processes that integrate with other PeopleSoft modules, such as HR and Student Administration/Finance. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Business Office in day-to-day transactional processing and reporting, GL, AP, PO and Student AR areas. A secondary responsibility include query writing, reporting (including nVision and Crystal), and UPK documentation and maintenance.
Qualifications: A baccalaureate degree is strongly preferred in accounting, finance and/or technical area. Proven functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Version 8.9 or higher. A minimum of three years experience in using SQL and tools such as Query Analyzer and application designer. Experience in supporting at least two of the following modules General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing. Ideal candidate will have experience in PeopleSoft Student Finance specifically in the areas of Accounts Receivable and Cashiering as it relates to PeopleSoft Finance.
