| Responsibilities : |
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include serving as customer service representative for campus visitors, providing a variety of services to facilitate the campus visit and tours. Entering data and managing software systems. Answer telephone and respond to various inquiries. |
| Qualifications: |
Successful applicant must have previous office or data entry experience. Excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills required. Accuracy in work is a must. Ability to escort visitors to various locations on campus. Must meet university lifestyle expectations.
This is an academic year (49% FTE ) position from mid-August to mid-May of each year. A typical work schedule will be 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The work schedule is subject to change based on business needs of the university. |
