| Responsibilities : |
Resident Director will supervise and manage housing for 111 male and female residents. Responsibilities include selecting, training, and supervising student Resident Assistants, building relationships, spiritual and personal counseling, conflict resolution, programming, and administrative responsibilities. This position also involves 10 hours per week with Cultural Resource Center building relationships, providing leadership and implementing specific program initiatives. |
| Qualifications: |
Successful applicant must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Seeking candidates who view this job as a ministry. Live-in position. Masters degree in Student Development or related field preferred. A baccalaureate degree and a combination of experience and credentials in higher education residential life and/or cultural resource programs will be considered. Must meet university lifestyle expectations.
This is a 10 month contract position.
