A Student Employment Referral must be obtained from Human Resources to contact a department for student employment. FWS or International student referrals given the first two weeks of a student job posting or the first two weeks at the beginning of a semester.

Description: Assist director and staff with details related to programs and events which the office sponsors. Assist with various clerical duties. Answer telephone, greet clients, basic typing, filing and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Applicant should possess strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service and problem solving skills, and possess strong computer skill competencies. Applicant should be task and detail oriented, high energy level with positive AU experience is necessary;should possess the ability to make others feel welcome. Must be self-motivated, self-reliant, active on campus, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Description: 15 hours a week. Willingness to assist nursing faculty and staff in a variety of clerical duties. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing and delivering mail, greeting office visitors, answering the telephone and providing accurate information, performing basic office skills, filing records. Qualifications : Person should possess basic typing and computer skills along with good telephone skills and communication skills. Must have excellent written skills, the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
