Resident Directors

Resident Directors work with the Resident Assistants to develop relationships with students to create and maintain a healthy living, learning environment. Each residence hall has a full-time Resident Director who is responsible for supervising the housing facility.

Resident Assistants are assigned to each floor of the residence hall. They serve as campus resources, plan and implement floor and hall programming, promote academic achievement, help enforce regulations, consult with the RDs about individual students’ behavior and needs and act upon matters that concern the welfare of students in the residence hall. RAs are students who are selected in the spring and assigned to serve the following school year.
