Description:
What is extraordinary customer service? We have all experienced it, and most likely remembered it. In this seminar participants will explore the concepts and benefits of superb customer service. Individuals will learn ways of building positive rapport with various types of customers and then apply those skills in activities and exercises throughout the course. 

Note: Registration and continental breakfast begins at 8:00 am.

Professional Facilitator:
Elyse Cromer has served the Office of Development at Anderson University as the Teletouch Coordinator and Manager of Annual Fund Programs since 2006. Prior to working for her alma mater, she was an Advanced Director with The Pampered Chef for eleven years. In that position, Elyse served the needs of thousands of customers and led a team of more than 60 consultants. She has also held management positions in retail and the entertainment industry, in addition to running three of her own small businesses. Elyse has served on the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Warrick County as Food Coordinator and Public Relations/Fund Raising Chair. She has also served as PTA Vice-President and President at two elementary schools over the course of five years. Elyse resides in Noblesville with her husband of twenty-one years and their seventeen year old son. They share their home with two dogs, fish, and a bearded dragon named Sadie.
