Fees:

$55.00 per day for AU employees for AU related meetings, events, etc.
$75.00 per day for AU employee’s social events
$100.00 per day for outside groups for any reason

• Priority use of clubhouse is reserved for residents
• Rent to appropriate groups/individuals for events that are no more than 40 people at a time
• There is limited parking available – 12 vehicles
• There is a list of clean up duties on the bulletin board in the kitchen

Items for use at the clubhouse include:

Radio/cassette/CD Some dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, towels pots and pans Microwave, stove & refrigerator Teapot, Coffee pots (2) Punch bowl 2 Patio tables, 4 chairs

Small long table in entry Couch, 2 chairs Piano Fireplace 2 long tables 6 round tables 38-40 folding chairs
