Retention efforts for the 2008-09 year are focused around the idea that, in fact, everyone at AU does have a role to play in retaining our students.  From the President on down, from those who have a lot of student contact to those who rarely encounter a real, live student, from the faculty member who delivers the education to the cafeteria worker that remembers a student’s name while serving food, everyone plays a role.
