Barbara (Clausen) Theodore and Lee C. Theodore BA went on a month-long visit to Greece and Ephesus, Turkey. Lee’s parents were born in Turkey and spoke Greek. The couple visited the Church of God in Athens, the Greek Bible Institute, Helping Hands, the Greek Evangelical Church, and several missionary friends. They also visited Lee’s relatives in the northern villages, took a five-day cruise to the Greek Isles, and then returned to Athens to see sights such as Mars Hill and the Acropolis.

Lloyd Schnuck Jr. BA received the Vessel of Life Award from the Medical College of Georgia. The award honors professional achievement and contributions to society that enhance MCG’s mission of education, research, and service. Lloyd is a graduate of MCG and is on faculty there.

John Burris Jr. traveled in September with his daughter (who was born while he was studying Vietnamese) back to Vietnam for the first time since 1970. He spent two weeks traveling from Hanoi to Saigon, and another week in Hong Kong, Cambodia, and Bangkok, Thailand. He writes, “Revisiting old battlefields was both painful and encouraging. Vietnam and South East Asia are so far doing well in building 21st century economies. But I am thus far unable to find old Vietnamese friends I left behind when I came home 36 years ago.”

Bonny (Kerr) Clark BA and her husband, Keith, have purchased a new home in Pendleton, Ind. Bonny retired from the hospitality industry in Anderson, and Keith is employed with Horton Industries in Carmel, Ind. Their son, Kyle, will graduate from Pendleton Heights High School with academic honors in June. He plans to attend Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Their daughter, Amy Kristen, was married in March to Dr. Jason Diedrich. He is in practice at Segraves Chiropractic in Muncie, Ind. Kirsten is the fifth and sixth grade gifted and talented program teacher at Maple Ridge Elementary in Pendleton.

Debbie (Lammon) Breedon BA lives in Anderson, Ind. She and her husband, Ed, have three children — Autumn, 22; Matthew, 21; and Austin, 19. Her husband writes that Debbie has been a dedicated wife and mother for the last 24 years. She graduated from IU-Purdue-Fort Wayne in December 2005 with a degree in secondary education-social studies. Helen recently demoted herself from an executive leadership role with ANGEL Learning to a position which will allow her to spend more time with her family and experience God’s glory.

Morgan Jones earned his Information/Data Quality Management Certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in November 2006. He earned his MBA from Case Western Reserve University in August 2006. Morgan lives in Liberty Township, Ohio, with his wife, Molly, and two children, Lacey Katherine, 3, and Alexander Morgan, 1. Morgan is employed by Sara Lee Corporation as an information technology manager.
Daniel Main BA continues to work as a police officer in Pontiac, Mich. He is an undercover officer in the narcotics enforcement section and assigned to the department’s SWAT team. In 2005, he was named Officer of the Year for the second time during his eight years of service. This was the first time in the department’s history that an officer received the honor twice. Daniel and his wife, Kristina, celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary last July. They have two daughters, Katie, 6, and Elyssa, 3.

Jarrod works for Rehabilitation Services Commission in Columbus, Ohio, processing Social Security disability claims. He and Suzanne are co-leaders of a home church through Xenos Christian Fellowship. John is the vice president of development for InsightExpress, a marketing research firm based in Stamford, Conn. Jenny writes, “I have moved from Muncie to Rushville, Ind., to live with John on the farm, but continue my work in Muncie as a regional WAN technician for a local bank.”
Vera Schunn divorced in October 1995. She worked her way through school and graduated in 1997. She has three children and eight grandchildren. On Nov. 19, 2004, she remarried to Ralph Davis.

Douglas J. Holtz MBA was named the 2006 recipient of the Mark Gray Award, which is given annually by the Central Indiana Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Chapter to a member who demonstrates commitment to the local organization, the national CPCU Society, and the insurance industry in general. Douglas is resident vice president of Harleysville Insurance’s Carmel, Ind., branch office, which serves independent agents and their customers throughout the states of Indiana and Ohio. Douglas is active in the American Society of Safety Engineers and the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. He also serves on the board of directors for The National Alliance Research Academy and is a regional governor for the CPCU Society.

Heather Jo Anderson BA has completed the “triple crown” of backpacking. There are fewer than 100 people who have through-hiked this set of National Scenic Trails. She backpacked the 2,173-mile-long Appalachian Trail (May-September 2003); the 2,668-mile Pacific Crest Trail (May-September 2005); and the 2,500-mile Continental Divide Trail (June-October 2006). She was accompanied on the Pacific Crest and Continental Divide trails by her fiancé, Remy Levin, and backpacked the Appalachian Trail solo.

Matt Beaver BA and Shannon (Weis) Beaver BA ’01 welcomed their first child, Trenton Kenneth, on April 7, 2006. Trenton was diagnosed with a heart condition that requires a series of three open-heart surgeries. Shannon writes that Trenton is a happy baby in Greenfield, Ind., as he awaits the third surgery within the next two years.

1973-Paul Donihue BA ’70, MDiv is CEO/president of Bedrock Alliance Group, Inc., a national custom financial solutions company founded in 2005 by him and his son, Bryan Donihue ’95. Bryan, who lives in Grand Rapids, Mich., is the vice president of the company. They are the preferred vendor for several associations numbering nearly 2,000 companies nationwide. Paul and Patricia (Paxton) Donihue ’69 live in Wooster, Ohio. She is an RN supervisor. They are the proud grandparents of three grandchildren. Paul formerly pastored for 23 years in Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
