Aleza has served adult students in the School of Adult Learning for more than 20 years. With a doctorate in adult and community education, her passion is to assist students as they seek lifelong learning either for credit or personal and professional development. Through her leadership and a wonderful faculty and staff, new opportunities are being developed to meet the needs of our students. Jeff Hency, Director of Adult Degree Programs
Jeff
directs the cohort-based degree and learning programs for the School of
Adult Learning. He has 10 years of adult education administrative
experience as well as teaching in both classroom and online settings.
He is an ordained minister with the Church of God (Anderson), and has
pastored in a variety of contexts and locations. Jeff is married to
Roz, and they have two grown children, Nathanael and Charissa. Jeff sees SOAL providing a healthy balance of academic and Christian discovery for adult learners. He, along with SOAL staff, hope to build on the tradition of academic excellence for which Anderson University is known by enhancing SOAL's current programs and creating new degree programs that meet the needs of a changing culture. Kerrie Aborn, Director of Marketing
Kerrie has been with Anderson University for seven years, formerly serving as the technology coordinator for the CAPE (Community Alliances to Promote Education) initiative, and as the director of the Professional Development Services department for the School of Adult Learning. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the AU Falls School of Business in 2007. Kerrie enjoys telling the stories of adults who have changed their lives by earning a degree through the School of Adult Learning. Ellen Daniels, Administrative Assistant and Recruiter
Ellen wholeheartedly believes in AU as she is an Anderson University alumna with a bachelor's degree in Education. Her husband is an AU grad, and she has two sons who are current students! As an administrative assistant and a recruiter, Ellen is excited to help people discover the life transformation that is possible through the lifelong learning opportunities offered at the School of Adult Learning.

Ruth Pritchett, Recruiter
Ruth is a firm believer in lifelong learning. She has taken adult education classes herself and also spent several years teaching adults as a teaching leader for Bible Study Fellowship International. She also has work experience in media sales. Her education and experience give her a platform to help adults who want to continue their education.
