The Associate of Science: Management Foundation is an accelerated degree program designed for working adults who are in supervisory or management positions or aspire to be in such positions in the future. Previous college credit is not required. Students will learn the fundamentals of management concepts and strategies while enhancing computer competency and verbal and written communication skills.
The courses in the Management Foundations program may also be applied toward elective and general education requirements within the School of Adult Learning's Bachelor of Science: Organizational Leadership degree program, thus making the Associate of Science: Management Foundations an excellent first step toward completing your academic and vocational goals.
