Getting Started

  1. Mail completed application along with a $25 application fee, to be kept on file until admission requirements are met.
  2. Ask three individuals to complete and return a Recommendation Form for you.
  3. Have official transcripts from colleges/universities that you have attended mailed to the address below.

Admission Criteria

  1. Associate degree or diploma in nursing (from a nationally accredited nursing school).
  2. Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Indiana or eligibility for licensure.
  3. Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.0 (if below 2.0, student may be admitted probationally).
  4. Three letters of recommendation.
  5. Admission essay.
  6. Current CPR certification.
  7. Negative Mantoux, current immunizations.
  8. Criminal background report.

Cost of Program
