If your priority is the completion of a bachelor’s degree program in Organizational Leadership, Anderson University School of Adult Learning has what you need to complete that goal.
Our Organizational Leadership bachelor’s degree completion program is tailored to the needs of busy working adults. Offered in accelerated blended formats of online and classroom-based learning, you will quickly recognize the convenience of a time-flexible and economical approach to meeting your educational goals as well as maintaining commitments to your job and family.
This is nontraditional, cohort-based, degree program serving working adults ages 23 and older who have completed a minimum of 52 semester credits with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or better. Recognizing that adult learners are typically employed full-time, students choosing classroom-based learning attend class one evening per week, four hours per evening for the length of each course. Courses range from 5 to 7 weeks in length.
Those choosing the blended online learning experience will attend the first night of each course at a designated site, then complete the remaining weeks of each course online in the comfort of home or convenience of the office. Students participate in an actual classroom a total of 17 times over the course of the program. In addition, classes are taught in both formats in a style that is conducive to adult learners; one class right after the other in a sequential format over 20 months.
