License Renewal Program

Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit."

Anderson University License Renewal Classes:
At Anderson University we design and offer graduate level classes that will be relevant and practical for the educator’s professional practice. For professional educators who seek to renew their license, there are a number of courses from which to choose. Many educators choose to take license renewal courses in the summer. As a result, the bulk of our classes are offered during this time.
We have courses which we typically refer to as elective in nature. These courses are not part of the regular core group of classes for our degree and initial licensing programs. These courses have a 5000 number (e.g., EDUC 5070 Hands-on Science). Courses with a 6100 designation (for the Curriculum & Instruction M.Ed.) and 6500 (for the LEAD Program) are designed for those programs but are not exclusive to those programs. We do have license renewal professionals take courses from these programs. This allows the educator to select from a wider variety of courses. There are a few restrictions and enrollment is limited to space available in a course.
Julie Graham is the full-time licensing advisor in the School of Education, she will be glad to assist you with the license renewal process.
