Housing Application Form

One-Bedroom (530 sq. ft.) for one student, a single parent with one preteen child, or married couple. ($300), per month. There are four of these units.

Two-Bedroom (1060 sq. ft.) for two same gender single students, ($200 each), per month; or single parent with two children,($400) or married couple with up to two children, ($400), per month. There are two of these units.

Two-Bedroom (1250 sq. ft.) for two same gender single students, ($250 each), per month; single parent with two children or married couple with children, ($500), per month. There is one unit.

Three–Bedroom (1280 sq. ft.) for three same gender single students ($200 each), per month; single parent with children or married couple with children ($500), per month. There are two of these units.

Three–Bedroom (1500 sq. ft.) for three same gender single students ($200 each), per month; single parent with children or married couple with children ($600), per month.
