Doctor of Ministry Application - Step 3: Transcripts and References
After completing the application and required essays, the next step in the D.Min. admissions process is to request transcripts and references.
Transcripts: Contact each accredited school you attended and request two original transcripts* to be sent directly to:

* If you received an undergraduate degree from Anderson University, only one transcript is required from AU.
References: Ask three individuals to complete personal references, using the D.Min Reference Forms [PDF] OR submit an online reference form. One form should be completed by each of the following:
- A former seminary professor
- A ministerial colleague
- A member of your local church or constituency you now serve
It is helpful to include a stamped envelope when giving the forms to your references. References should be returned to:
