Robert Branson is an adjunct faculty member for the School of Theology teaching in biblical studies. Branson is the former professor of biblical literature emeritus at Olivet Nazarene University (Bourbonnais, Ill.) where he taught from 1992-2008. He also taught at Warner Southern College and Eastern Nazarene College. He has written extensively with recent work including the chapter “Judging Judges: Theological Issues and Homiletical Strategies” for The Bible Tells Me So: Reading the Bible as Scripture. He also contributed the chapter “The Bible, Creation, and Science” for Square Pegs: Why Wesleyans Aren’t Fundamentalists, as well as articles on “Cosmology,” “Covenant,” “Holiness,” and “Love” for the Global Wesleyan Dictionary of Theology.
