Lions beat Raven volleyball team in four games

The Anderson University volleyball team lost to nine-time defending Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference champion Mt. St. Joseph in four games on Tuesday night in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Lions won by scores of 21-30, 30-27, 30-18 and 30-27.
Whitney Osborn led the Ravens with 19 kills and 16 digs and Jessica Berlin had 13 kills and 10 service points. Kasey Bollier had 45 assists, seven service points and Caitlin Morency had 19 digs and seven service points.
Kate McCollum had 12 kills, eight digs, eight service points and Emily Bell 10 digs. Carol Weatherford and Laura Baden added five blocks each.
AU (14-10, 5-2 HCAC) plays Spring Arbor at Hope on Friday at 4 p.m.
