Women’s tennis team drops final two matches

Tennisg_web.jpgThe Anderson University women’s tennis team finished the regular season with an 8-1 loss to Huntington on Monday and an 8-1 defeat by Grace College on Tuesday at the AU Tennis Courts.

Against Huntington, Mandy Hackney and Jessie Rigby won at No. 2 doubles 8-3 to account for the Ravens’ point in the match.

Against Grace, Hackney and Rigby were also victorious by a score of 8-6.

AU (5-10, 4-4 HCAC) travels to the West Indy Raquet Club on Saturday for the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championships.
