Hiatt wins HCAC weekly baseball hitting award

Anderson University’s Daniel Hiatt has been named the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Hitter of the Week in baseball.
The sophomore batted .538 (7-of-13) in the Ravens’ three game series against Transylvania this weekend. He also had four doubles, a home run and five RBI as AU took two of three games in the series.
AU (9-6, 2-1 HCAC) hosts Franklin on Tuesday in the home opener. The game will be carried live on the internet broadcast at 4 p.m.
