Lash lead AU women with pair of victories

Laura Lash led the Anderson University women with two wins in the non-scoring Runners Forum Indoor Invitational on Saturday at the Kardatzke Wellness Center.

Lash won the 800 in a time of 2:20.01 and the mile in 5:24.98. Others winners for the Ravens in the meet were Amanda Nagy in the 55 meters (7.41), Tonia Cooper in the 200 (27.79), Gwen Kemple in the 3,000 (10:30.74), Michele Roth in the long jump (15-10 1/2) and Carmen Moss in the shot put (35-4 1/2).

The 800 meter relay team won in a time of 1:52.53 while the 1,600 relay team was first in a time of 4:22.48.

AU hosts the Fred Wilt Indoor Invitational next Saturday at 4 p.m.
