But when the truth is told, this production directed by Laurel Goetzinger with musical conductor Fritz Robertson is a breezy evening of subtle humor, creative simplicity and a touch of madness.

Five Anderson University students recently participated with four other schools in the third annual I-69 Collegiate Innovation Challenge sponsored by the Grant County Economic Growth Council. Other participants included Ball State University, Huntington University, Indiana Wesleyan University, and Taylor University. The purpose of the competition is to encourage entrepreneurship along the I-69 corridor, foster collaborative market solutions through team building, promote cross-pollination, and generate creative ideas.
The Anderson University football field was taken over by the school’s Ultimate team Sunday as the team sneaked in its first warm weather practice in months.

Anderson University juniors Stephanie Brown and Chad Schubert recently received the 2009 Nicholson Student Servant Leadership Award for services on campus and in the community. The awards were made possible by a grant from the Moore Foundation and Barney II Foundation as well as matching funds directed to the university by Anderson University donors.
Students in the 3-D design class recently put their conceptual studies into messy, real-life practice. Their goal? Construct a vessel that would safely transport a free-falling egg from over 30 feet to the bottom of the two-story stairwell in Decker Hall. The catch? The vessel was to be made entirely of paper without glue, staples, tape or fasteners of any kind.

Megan Chapman figures she will be graduating next year with a bonus. Not only will she be leaving Anderson University with a hard-earned degree in education, she believes that when, as a teacher, she enters an elementary classroom she will be equipped to educate students from multiple environments and with a wide range of learning needs.
