Students Intern for Indiana Department of Education

Seniors Reid Alspaugh of Rushville, Ind., and Sarah Henry, of Westfield, Ind., interned over the summer at the Indiana Department of Education. Alspaugh worked in the Office of School Accreditation & Awards under the supervision of Gary Wallyn, Director of School Accreditation & Awards. Henry interned in the Office of Educator Licensing and Development, under the supervision of Shawn Sriver, Director of Educator Licensing & Development.

Alspaugh contributed to the goals and services of Indiana education by helping with data networking and budget modification. He will be entering into his senior year this fall continuing his history major.

Henry contributed to the goals and services of Indiana education by checking licenses, putting together mailings and inputting workshop hours into the computer. She will be entering into her senior year this fall continuing her psychology and family science major.
