Anderson University hosts variety of summer camps

Anderson University will offer several summer camps for various ages including music, dance, film, business, and athletics.

Many of the camps feature an early-bird registration option so check out information today!

The Music Education Camp for high school aged students will be held June 15-18 for $350 and includes housing and meals along with instructional materials. Visit the Music Education Camp website for more information.

Just Dance! Summer Dance Intensive will be offered June 15-21 for $850. The camp is all-inclusive and is targeted for high school and college aged individuals. Visit the Just Dance! website for more information.

The Orangehaus Music Business Camp introduces high school students to the music industry. The all-inclusive camp offered July 13-19 is $695 for residents or $525 for commuters. Visit the Orangehaus Music Business Camp website for more information.

The Department of Communication Arts hosts Covenant Productions® Filmmakers Camp for high school students July 14-19. The all-inclusive camp includes classes in screenwriting, camera operation, lighting, and other filmmaking courses. View a brochure about the camp.

Hosting in their second year, the String Camp will be for ages 13-26 from July 21-26. Camp information and an application can be found online the String Camp website. Qualified students will have an opportunity to perform in a closing concert in the York Performance Hall.

The AU Falls School of Business will host the second annual Sports Marketing Camp, August 1-3. Students in middle school through college are invited to learn about the various areas of sports marketing including visits to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and other sports teams in Indianapolis.   • Age group: 4-7 yrs.

  • Notes: from 9:30 -11:30 a.m. daily

  • Age group: 1st-4th grade girls and boys (morning, 9 a.m. - noon);
    5th-9th grade girls and boys (afternoon, 1-4 p.m.)
