Physical Activity at a moderate intensity at the least (heart rate elevated, work up a sweat, not activities of daily living).

You can also earn points for Individual Exercise Programs:

  • Total minutes walking at 3 - 4 MPH on level
  • Total minutes walking a moderate intensity while hiking.
  • Total minutes dancing at a moderate intensity
  • Total minutes using cardio equipment at the KWC
  • For 1 hour of weight lifting you get 20 minutes
  • Total minutes biking at 5 - 9 MPH on level
  • Total minutes jogging (any pace)
  • Total minutes at a moderate level during sporting activities
  • Total minutes gardening at a moderate level
  • Total minutes circuit training
