Weight Watchers
Attend weekly Weight Watchers meetings.  Lose at least 5% of your body weight.  Exercise an average of at least 90 minutes per week.  Log exercise on the My!Start website.  Weight loss is not necessary after goal weight is achieved. This program is offered off site (not at Anderson University). There is a fee for participating in this program.

Holiday Challenge
Exercise an average of at least 90 minutes per week.  Log exercise on the My!Start website. Maintain your weight during the quarter.  Attend two nutrition seminars : "Healthy Holiday Eating Tips" and "Avoiding Holiday Stress Eating".

BMI/Waist Circumference Challenge 
Exercise an average of at least 90 minutes per week.  Log weekly exercise on the My!Start website. Reduce your BMI and waist circumference measurements.  Repeats are allowed as long as additional reduction in waist circumference and BMI are achieved.

CHIP Program
This is the Coronary Health Improvement Project.  Attend CHIP program and exercise an average of at least 90 minutes per week.  Log weekly exercise on the My!Start website. This program is offered off site (not at Anderson University).  There is a fee associated with this program.

100 mile challenge
Walk or jog 100 miles during the quarter. Log weekly exercise at the KWC Information Desk.  Repeats are allowed.
