Global Business

The global business major at Anderson University prepares students to work with integrity and compassion in a global business environment. Whether they stay within the US or Students desiring to be better prepared to work in the global business environment, whether they work in the United States or abroad.


A flexible degree that can be earned entirely online, entirely in-classroom, or a combination of the two.

Earn a Bachelor of Arts in as little as three years or an Associate's degree in as little as two. Complete your degree online or in-person.

How can I get involved in the Global Business program?

Global Business Major

You can participate in the Global Business program in a variety of ways:

  • Graduate with a BA in Global Business in 3 years
  • Graduate with a BA in Global Business in 4 years
  • Complete the 4 + 1 program, from BA to MBA

Majors must complete one of the following areas of concentration:

  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Finance
  • Management
  • Marketing


For majors in the Falls School of Business (15 hours), choose from one of the following options:

Option 1:
  • Global Business — BSNS 3120
  • International Management — BSNS 4120
  • 3 hours from additional upper-division BSNS and ECON courses
  • 6 hours from the following:
    • Global Marketing — BSNS 4250
    • International Economics — ECON 3210
    • History and Culture of Modern Germany — HIST 3210
    • History and Culture of Japan — HIST 3350
    • General History of Latin America — HIST 3370
    • Practicum in Service Experiences — INCS 3850
    • Introduction to International Politics — POSC 3300
    • Comparative Politics and Government — POSC 3400
    • — POSC 3600
Option 2:
  • IBI program and 3 hours from Global Business — BSNS 3120 or International Management — BSNS 4120

For majors outside the Falls School of Business (18 hours):

  • Principles of Management — BSNS 2710
  • Principles of Marketing — BSNS 2810

  • International Management — BSNS 4120
