Homeschool Music Class

string lessonsDr. Joani Brandon, professor of music, directs the homeschool music program at Anderson University. Families can sign up students ages 3 and up to sing, play, move, and grow musically with activities designed around current music education research to help develop musical intelligence.

Since all students arrive with different levels of skill and experience, children are encouraged to participate in all activities so they can grow and learn from the strengths within each class.
For the fall semester, classes meet every Wednesday from 11-11:45 a.m. in Krannert Fine Arts, starting Sept. 27. Classes resume after Christmas break.

  • Ages 3, 4, and young 5’s: Room 123
  • Ages older 5’s, 6, 7, 8: Room 102
  • Ages 9 and up: Room 101

There is no fee to participate, but regular and timely attendance helps our AU students plan and prepare lessons for your children.
