Homeschool Physical Education Class
Dr. Diana Jones, professor of kinesiology, directs the homeschool physical education program at Anderson University. Professor Stephanie Crosby and AU students training to be teachers lead students ages 4-15 years old in the development of fundamental movement patterns and foundational movement concepts.
Students are encouraged to wear loose fitting/comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Parents may stay and observe outside of the educational area.
Classes meet every Wednesday from 1-1:50 p.m. in the Kardatzke Wellness Center (KWC). Parking is available across from Martin Hall or in the KWC lot.
- Semester I: Sept. - Dec. 7, 2016 (no class on Nov. 23)
- Semester II: Feb. 8 - April 19, 2017 (no class on March 15)
Fees are $25 per family per year with cash or checks payable to Anderson University at registration. Registration is one week prior to the first day of class from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on the second floor of the KWC or on the first day of class 12-1 p.m. at the Information Desk of the KWC.
