On Aug. 26, an Anderson University alumnus, Johnathan Mobley BA ’07, will perform illusions with some of the biggest names in the industry, Penn & Teller. This performance will be available to view at 8 p.m. EST on the CW Network’s Penn&Teller, Fool Us.
While we are constantly looking towards the future and making things bigger and brighter, a step back in history can be a refreshing change of perspective. The archives, located in Nicholson Library, is focused on collecting and preserving the history of Anderson University and the Church of God Movement.
The School of Science and Engineering raced their autonomous car at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Five engineering students and a few professors represented Anderson University in the competition, with all hands on deck for the highly anticipated race.
The mission of Anderson University is “to educate for a life of faith and service in the church and society.” Alumni of AU carry out this statement in a wide variety of ways, including the traditional missionary service that many think of when considering these words.
Anderson University senior, Makayla Holland, has received the 2019 Nicholson Student Servant Leadership Award for her servant leadership on the AU campus and in the community.
He is not an alum and has no family ties to the university. Sanders gave because of his belief in AU and in the value of a Christian liberal arts education.
